We are now able to complete New Tap Service and Transfer Service forms via email for your convenience.
Below, you will find a summary of the necessary documents that you will need. Please call the office, 918-341-0851, and we will be happy to assist you.
BUYERS - Transfer of Ownership Please call the office, 918-341-0851, to request this form, via email. You must also have a copy of your deed ready to email to us before we can begin your paperwork.
- If you are in the process or have purchased a property through a sheriff’s auction, short sale, or foreclosure and are unsure of what forms to select, please contact the office before beginning paperwork to ensure you select the correct packet.
- If you have purchased a property that has NOT been subject to sheriff’s auction, foreclosure or short sale you need to complete the “Transfer of ownership packet-Buyer” and return with a copy of the warranty deed. (There should be a copy of the warranty deed with your closing paperwork). Once approved you will receive an elevation statement for said property to be signed and returned along with a non-refundable transfer fee of $100.00 (Payable with a credit card or e-check over the phone once the application has been submitted and approved) in order to complete transfer of ownership.
SELLERS - Transfer of Ownership - 'Assignment Form' Please call the office, 918-341-0851, to request this form, via email.
- If you are selling your property, please complete the “Transfer of ownership-Seller” form (this is also known as the “Seller Assignment”). Depending on the date of closing, you may have a final balance due, please check with the office for that amount due and provide forwarding address information.
NEW SERVICE APPLICATION FORM – Installation of new service. Also for Builders & Forfeited Water Rights. Please call the office, 918-341-0851, to request this form, via email. You must also have a copy of your deed ready to email to us before we can begin your paperwork.
Forfeited water rights are accounts that have previously had water service at the property but the account has not been kept up to date nor active and therefore has forfeited the option to transfer to a new owner. The water rights must be purchased for these properties as new installation or construction.
- New Construction/Installation customers need to complete the “Installation of New Service” packet and return with a copy of the warranty deed (There should be a copy of the warranty deed with your closing paperwork), copy of the perk test for septic system or the authorization to construct for an aerobics system or a final inspection on existing sewage systems. If you are subject to city of Owasso sewer you do not need to provide this paperwork. Once received the office will verify water availability at that location. If approved, you will receive an elevation statement for said property that will need to be signed & returned with current tap fee of $2,000.00 (Payable with a credit card or e-check over the phone once the application has been submitted and approved) in order to finish the process of purchasing rights to water service. If your application is not approved you will receive notification.

The“Auto Pay Enrollment Form” is a quick and convenient way of paying your bill. You won’t have to think about it every month and be in jeopardy of late fees.
