Auto Pay Enrollment
- There are now 2 ways to set up Auto Pay.
- You may set it up yourself when you log into your account. It now has the option to set up a recurring payment for the amount due each month. By this method you have the choice of the day you want it withdrawn each month. You also have the choice to pay with your credit card, checking account or savings.
To enroll in Auto Pay through us, you must first fill out the "Enrollment Form". (Filling out the Enrollment Form for Auto Pay is separate from Registering your account). It is deducted from your checking or savings account only and is withdrawn on the 10th of every month. Click Here for the Auto Pay Form

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. We accept cash, check, or money orders.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. Call the office for further details.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Good To Know - When Paying Online, via Mobile or by Phone
- You can pay immediately, schedule a payment for a future date or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill by credit card, checking or savings account.
- You can print receipts, view past payments, see status of payments, stop Auto-Pay (online only)
Payment by Night Drop
We have a safe, convenient Night Drop Box, located by the front door. We accept cash, check, or money orders.
NOTICE: If your service has been turned off and locked, you MUST pay and call the office by 3:30 p.m. to have service unlocked. If payment is made after 3:30 p.m., meter will not be unlocked until the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. $500 fine for cutting locks!!
