We are committed to providing safe, high-quality water, at an affordable price, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation. We have been providing potable water services for both residential and commercial customers since we were founded in 1965. RWD#3 currently provides service to over 8,000 benefit units. We serve parts of Rogers, Mayes, and Tulsa Counties in the areas of Owasso, Collinsville, Claremore, Chelsea, and Foyil in Northeastern Oklahoma.
