Nexbillpay Auto Pay Here December 18!!
Rural Water District #3 is excited to announce that we have implemented a NEW customer portal, NEXBILLPAY, as of October 1, 2025. If you are currently enrolled in "ONLINE" Autopay, that arrangement has remained with the previous provider, and will until December 18. The new customer portal will be active for Autopay on December 18! You will need to re-enroll on Nexbillpay. The portal is currently active, and you can set up a profile with Nexbillpay if you wish, but you will not be able to set up your Autopay until December 18. (None of this applies to customers enrolled with our "in-house" Auto Pay!)

Meter Instructions...

If you go out to your meter and try to shut it off, and it does not turn easily, STOP!!! Please DO NOT try to force the valve to turn! Call us for further directions. If the meter is frozen it will not turn easily. Trying to shut a valve with ice in it will strip the valve out, resulting in having to dig up the meter to repair it, or worse. Also, DO NOT try to thaw a frozen meter! Only RWD 3 Rogers representatives are authorized to perform any kind of maintenance inside the meter box. Harming the meter box, lid and anything inside the meter box could result in charges to the customer.
